What the client wanted
Northamptonshire County Council wanted to communicate the importance of maintaining responsible behaviours and social distancing during the 2021 COVID-19 lockdown. Northamptonshire County Council were concerned that the excitement of under 18s to meet up with friends would increase the risk of spreading the virus to more vulnerable groups. They wanted to work with a creative software development company that had extensive experience in developing viral online gaming platforms.
What we delivered
By using the latest software platforms and technology, Tentacle created a distinctive online campaign that delivered this message to under 18s. Our R&D team came up with a set of interesting and engaging game concepts for the site. Alongside our team came up with website designs for the campaign. We also needed to ensure that the site delivered on performance and passed all W3C standards for all devices. Northamptonshire Council were very impressed and delighted with the creativity and speed of development of the new site, and naturally decided to contract us for the next stage of their campaign.
At the end of three months, Tentacle's design and development teams delivered a bespoke system that ticked all the boxes for Fast Fixx. Once the new system was thoroughly tested, it was run in parallel with their current system for 1 month. Within 3 weeks, Fast Fixx turned off their old system and started to enjoy the benefits of their new system.
Client feedback
From the very outset, Tentacle Solutions quickly grasped the project we needed to deliver in a very short space of time. They enhanced it with their own ideas and suggestions, and were in constant contact throughout the development ensuring that deviations were agreed quickly and obstacles were overcome with minimum fuss.
We've already have more projects in development with the team at Tentacle - which is the best real world endorsement you can get.
Great team, great expertise, great service.
