Your account manager who will remain your first point of contact throughout the project. This will include daily updates, strategy updates, and testing. Their first step will be to assign one of our systems analysts to your project.
The systems analyst will start by designing your new system in the form of a Functional Document. This Functional Document will outline the architecture of your software and ultimately act as a guide for our developers and testers throughout the entire development cycle.
Development will start. Your account manager will assign your functional document to a project manager who will report directly to them on a daily basis.
As your project passes each milestone, you will be given secure links to test the progress. Once all milestones have been completed your project will be assigned to a team of testers who will make sure your new bespoke software solution is bulletproof, intuitive, and reliable.
