Profile, a major UK-based security firm, didn't come straight to us - they first contracted another provider for eighteen months and their product "technically" worked, but that was not enough. Their android app had security issues, their system was not scalable and on top of that, our client did not receive access to their own code.
Our analysts spent some time with Profile’s IT and Management team to understand their current system’s short falls and the desired functionality. Tentacle’s team decided to completely rebuild Profile’s database, ERP system and their Android app. This was undertaken whilst requiring to retain Profile’s current data.
Our design and development team rebuilt both the system and the app within three months, making it secure, accessible and most importantly - scalable.
Tentacle held several meetings with Profile’s management team from the storyboard stage to the final user testing stage. Tentacle delivered all stages of the project on time and to their satisfaction.
Ultimately, Tentacle delivered a completely new system developed on a Windows server along with an Android App that is being used by all their security guards around the country.
Profile’s management was impressed and delighted with how the new system worked and naturally decided to contract us for the maintenance and future developments of all their systems.
